John Denver's story

　　John Denver is a handsome and friendly chocolate colored Retriever mix! John is from Arkansas, but he sure is happy to become a Colorado dog. John is sweet, charming, and gets along well with others both human and canine. John has tested positive for heartworm disease which Animal House provides treatment for prior to finalizing adoption. In order to do this, John is looking for a forever home that will first foster him throughout his treatment, making sure to keep his activity level low and bring him to his vet appointments at our shelter. We know that John is worth it, his personality is so kind and happy! John Denver would love a family to welcome him into their home this holiday season!
