Phoenix's story

　　Meet our sweet boy, Phoenix!

　　Phoenix is our male, 6 year old, German Shepherd. He is an owner surrender due to an unfortunate housing size restriction. He had a chihuahua brother before. He is fixed and completely house and leash trained and ready to go to his forever home.

　　Phoenix is a very sweet dog who shows utmost loyalty to the people he is with. He takes care and looks out for you. He loves his cuddles, being a lil shadow, getting nice walks and playing with toys. He has a great protective sense of his pack/humans and will be great for an active family. Phoenix needs some good training and is working on controlling his barking with an e-collar. He has to be introduced carefully to new dogs but has shown dog and children friendliness in general. He is a bit fearful and may also bark at cars, bikes, scooters. E-collar is helping our buddy out!

　　He will be great with active people who can take him for walks, hikes, etc and have the patience to teach him how to be a good boy! His adoption fee is $250 and that includes neutering, shots and microchip. To take him home, please fill out the adoption form here. /adopt-today
