Sweetpea was so tiny when born, there was a very real chance she wouldn’t make it. Her seven littermates pushed her away from mama’s milk bar, and she didn’t think a bottle was a suitable replacement. Another mama dog had just delivered a single stillborn puppy and had been forlornly looking for her baby. It was a match made in heaven. She happily adopted Sweetpea as her own, and this little girl had ALL the milk, and all of mom’s attention, ALL the time. Sweetpea is a well adjusted little girl, eager for kisses and cuddles. She is charting to weigh 6 lbs as an adult. We chose with this litter not to dock (cut off) their tails, a practice now banned in Europe and many other countries. Our puppies proudly wag their beautiful natural tails. Sweetpea is CKC registered, vet checked, and vaccinated.
