Wanted Terracotta chimney cowl with holes reclaimed used

I need a used / reclaimed chimney cowl like the one in the picture. It's doesn't need to be exact but a closed cowl with holes in it. My chimney is sealed off so it needs some ventilation so this would be the best option. I can collect locally.
