BMW R 50/2 was made on May 18th. This Beemer rides and runs exceptional and requires nothing however a new loving owner. 14K miles on the clock, original paint with pinstriper initials under the tank (R). Recent tune up included checked and adjusted valves, cleaned carbs, set timing, changed all fluids, fuel lines and fuel filters, brand-new shaft rubber boot ... bike begins in 1 kick and runs like a champ.Tires in good shape although program very little indicators of dry rot on the sidewalls in couple of areas are mounted on preferable High Lip Aluminium rims, some scratches and nicks, small dents on front and rear fenders. We had our pinstriper to go over the initial stripes as those were using out and look very sharp now. Bike was last on the road in 1997. Both exhaust pipes were skillfully repaired with stainless-steel patches beneath. The repair services are not very visible but exist. New black, Werker 6V battery installed recently. Bike has 2 ignition keys, owners manual and set of devices. Moved all 4 equipments. Electrical elements all work as intended including the lights and horn.
