Listed here is a really fun and low maintenance sailboat. It has been sailing on Lake Conroe for most of it's life. A Macgregor 222. I have owned it for 2 years and used it as recently as February 1st when I went from the yacht club to put it on the trailer you see here. It comes with two jibs, one mainsail and a gennaker. Boomless sailing or race with the Mainsail boom. We sail mostly without the boom. Lose footed Mainsail and spiniker without the pole...genactor. The inside is bare bones. And the bow could use some work. But that said, I have sailed in 25 kts, raced and and basically have lots of fun on Lake Conroe. The trailer is workable but there's no paperwork for it.
