1978 GMC Royale MotorhomeAndy (901) The interior is in great condition!  All of the appliances and lighting are operational.  The toilet, microwave convection oven, and furnace were replaced about 10 years ago and are all working great.  The rear bathroom is spacious and has a stand alone toilet and shower/tub!  The bathroom has a brand new acrylic solid surface countertop and new stainless steel sink.  This Royale has beautiful walnut cabinetry!  All of the cabinetry is in great condition.  The motorhome has a fold out sofa on the passenger front side, a convertible L shaped sofa on the rear passenger side,  and a twin bed on the drivers side (or two club chairs that can be swapped in its place). The front captains chairs are in great condition.  All of the windows are operational and there are no leaks.  ExteriorThe body is in good condition. There is no notable damage on the exterior.  It has an awning on the door side.  The wheels were upgraded to 16" Alcoa aluminum wheels.  There is a crack across the top corner of the windshield that has been there over 20 years (shown in photos).  Mechanical The motorhome runs and drives good.  We have completed the following repairs...-New Valve cover gaskets-New Air filter-New oil and filter change-Coolant flushed-New Spark Plugs and wires-Carb rebuilt-New front brake lines, calipers, master cylinder, and pads-New rear brake lines and wheel cylinders -New power steering lines-New transmission shift cable-New wiper blades -New fuel filter-New exhaust -No leaks in air bag system
