I pull it with my SUV on highway at 85 mph and you hardly know it's there. Never off-roaded even though it is designed for off road with independent suspension. Tires like new - trailer has approximately 6,000 highway miles on it or less. Trailer has 4 jack stands, one on each corner, and is always kept on them, so the tires don't carry the weight and do not get deformed from sitting.The last picture shows a strip of floor about 6 inches wide along the left wall that has some softness. It does not need repair unless you  use it as a toy hauler for motorcycles or ATV to be anchored down. (ATVs would need their roof removed to fit the clearance - opening 48" high x 54" wide). The edge of floor softness was due to a leak through the roof rack mounting screws, which were screwed down directly to the roof. This design flaw has been resolved and the roof has been triple sealed with reinforced PVC platforms for the new roof rack tracks to insulate the roof itself from any screw holes. There is no mold inside as the sidewalls are synthetic laminated on closed-cell block foam insulation and fiberglass exterior. I've had no need to fix the softened edge of the floor.
