Only used it a couple of times. Bought from a local quilting shop in 2022, date of manufacture appears to be 2014 (manual shows "8/14" on the bottom left margin of the page), and was professionally set up and lubricated at the time of purchase. Comes with the original feet, the extension table and all the accessories pictured. Also, comes with all the original manuals as pictured. Tested and sews great and quietly.
