I’m looking to sell my very cool but sort of wacky steel road bike! It fits like a 49/50 and I have a short stem and very shallow drop bars on it so it’s nice if you don’t mind some saddle to bar drop but have a short torso lolThe frame is a Bianchi Veloce that’s drilled for down tube shifters. I swapped out the original fork for a carbon one off of an old Pinarello. The cockpit is aluminum HED parts that I had to work fairly hard to hunt down so I think they’re pretty unique! The drive train needs some love, I’ve got a weird blend of early SRAM ten speed parts cobbled together and they have a lot of miles on them.I had a bit of a snafu with the rear derailleur a few years ago that resulted in the drive side dropout being bent, I had a great frame builder bend it back and get everything re-aligned, so it’s fine and safe, it just looks wacky and any mechanic who is only used to working on carbon bikes will look at you like you’re an idiot for riding the bike but since then, I’ve never had another issue! I’ve been running this mostly on a direct drive trainer for the last few years though so it could use a good tune up!I’d love to get $400 for this but I’m open to negotiate!
