　　The base is signed MEXICO but is in reverse. Have no idea why. The tray seed catcher inside the cage is rusted tossed. Without it the base of the cage is the same as the cage sides with round iron rails. The seed catcher is a separate piece from the cage. The rest of it simply needs paint or not if unless you want it initial. Offering this fantastic product as is. There are no perches, feeding swings or cups.
