My story

　　Hi, my name is Corey and I'm a bit sad today. You see my owner passed away and no one else in the family could take me. They tried to work things out for me, but it all fell through. So I am now hoping the shelter can help me find a new home. I am a sweet, but shy Schnauzer mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. When you meet me you will probably notice that my pretty grey coat has been shaved down. I was pretty matted when I arrived at the shelter. Oh one more thing did I happen to mention how old I was? I am about eight years old so I guess you could call me a elderly gentleman. As a "senior" I don't need a lot of activity, squeaky toys, or runs in the park. Really just a soft place to sleep, a view through a window to look outside, and the gentle rub on the head and a kind word would work for me. I am very low maintanence....
