1973 JD 112 Electric Lift - Original 12hp Kohler k301AS, under 4000 hrs -

　　Electric lift (needs to be installed) don't need actually to mow or blow. Variable Drive needs new belt.

　　Just bought 47" lawn mowing deck with belt cover ($150 add on) Installed & cuts Awesome

　　+ the Original 38" deck - needs one deck height wheel - works good - use it for rough cutting

　　Original 38" Snowblower with extra rods for manual lift capabilities if you want to manufacture something. Barely Used.

　　Brinly Cultivator and Disc also available if someone needs whole package - Awsome food plot, farmstead, hobby farm, ranchette set up for someone with a few acres in the country or rural areas.

　　We have recently cleaned and degreased motor and degunked the carb ( i recommend doing rebuild eventually, re- connected tons of wire splices and connections) This little 1cylinder motor has good compression and works good, uses little oil and has great gas consumption - good canditate for minor overhaul / rebuild ( not sure if its ever been done ).

　　Parts can be found on Ebay, and many websites, as well as auto parts stores & John Deere. Other Attatchments can be towed easily or if you can find a sleeve hitch and mule drive a tiller can be added as well, i have seen belly blades and snow push blades as well. Very versatile little machine, and can even put a lil "Johnny Bucket on it" check out the web for them.

　　Metal is in awesome shape, Minimal Rust, Brand new seat (no tears), fiberglass hood has small chip in front. Newer tires, new ignition coil & points installed and have spare ignition condensor and tune up kit as well as spare belts for decks and pto drive.

　　We have used this old boy to mow may acres lawn and pasture - Starter recently quit ($170 replacement) so we upgraded to larger newer machine.

　　Don't need to sell, just thought we'd see if someone wants a Project of restoring this classic riding tractor.

　　Honestly would love to Trade for Compact or Small Farm Tractor with Loader, mower and other implements ( have 6 x 6 Polaris Sportsman 500 with dump bed (low hours workhorse) that I'd be willing to sweeten the pot with) Other trades considered - Fish&Ski Boat, Skid Steer, Jeep Wrangler with plow, Mudding Truck, UTV. Please no Projects as I'm not a mechanic - just a horse crazy fun seekin gal, who wants big boy toys, And the hubby says no more mouths to feed.
