This has been a very difficult decision for our family, but we want to do what’s best for our boy and find him a home where he can be the center of attention. We have a newborn who is recovering from open heart surgery so we can no longer give him the attention he needs.
Meet Stubbs — a lovable and hilarious Frenchton (French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix), just under 2 years old and weighing about 25 lbs. He’s the perfect small/medium size and has such a sweet personality. He’s goofy, sassy, and always ready to make you laugh.
✨ What Stubbs Loves & Needs: • Great with other dogs, but definitely prefers being your #1 • Good with kids • Has never been around cats • Can be possessive of bones, so homes that can manage that are ideal • Housebroken and crate trained — he may act out with potty accidents when he’s not getting enough attention (this has been more frequent due to the changes at home), but he is very smart and eager to please • Neutered and on Apoquel for allergies, all shots are up to date and records can be provided. Stubbs would thrive with someone who’s home often and can give him the time, attention, and affection he deserves. A house or apartment is totally fine — he’s flexible as long as he has his people.
If you’re interested in learning more or want to meet Stubbs, please reach out. We are heartbroken but hopeful that he will find a family who will adore him just as much as we do.
