My story

　　Who has 12 toes, 4 legs, 2 huge floppy ears, 1 huge heart, and will make a very special adopter very lucky?! Monte! Even though he is 6 months old, don't let his age and size fool you - he is 100 percent puppy! Monte has never met a stranger, just friends he hasn't met yet, and absolutely loves other dogs. He is a total goofball - he's still growing into his body and is a little uncoordinated as a result.

　　Monte has only 3 toes on each foot. He doesn't know that most other dogs have 4 toes on each foot, and HSBV has ordered a special set of customized booties that will help him compensate for the missing toes and keep his feet more comfortable. HSBV will only rehome Monte to a family with children ages 10 or older and without cats.
