My story

　　Penelope has had a rough start to life, and she is hoping to meet an adopter that can provide a patient, gentle, safe, and positive environment to allow her to experience life at a pace she can handle.

　　A secure fenced yard, tolerance for some house soiling, an understanding that she will need an extended period of time in which to feel comfortable with family members, and an acceptance that she may never be socially polished will be ideal.

　　Penelope may prefer to be a "homebody", and will enjoy snuggles and playing with toys once she's feeling comfortable. Because of her sensitive personality, HSBV will only rehome to a family with children 10 years of age or older.
