This saw is in very good condition. It has been used about 3 times. Cleaned well after each use.

　　Really neat tool, easy to use, and very versatile. We used it to cut floor molding and some other trim pieces.

　　It's also very convenient to be able to hang it on the wall (which is where this one has been stored).
