SPECIAL NEEDS: Toby came to FARM in need of a forever home. He is an 11 year old, 10 pound neutered male Chinese Crested. Toby was recently diagnosis with a severe heart condition. He was seen by the cardiologist and is taking several medications. His life expectancy is 1-2 years. Toby has done well with other small dogs but should not go to a home with cats. Can you give this sweet special needs dog a home for the rest of his days?

　　All rescued dogs are Vet checked, Microchipped, Vaccinated and Spayed or Neutered. All adoptions are refundable for up to 60 days. Adoption fees range from $100 to $400 depending upon the age and breed of the pet.
