This laptop works good it's clean version of windows 7 nothing is on the hard drive it's brand new western digital 1tb drive and 7200 rpm very expensive ! Also brand new DDR 16 gb ram explaining the high price of lap top . just re loaded windows 7 witch could cost you up to 160 bucks just to do missing one key not letters or symbols just a line I think wifi works ready to use
