　　Ziggy is a small dog with a big personality. The poor guy came to ACT from a rural shelter heavily matted. It took hours to get the mats off. He is not used to being groomed so whoever adopts will need to work with him. Long haired dogs must be groomed regularly or they become matted messes. He seems to be a fun loving guy. He seems fine with cats and other dogs. The first picture is how he looks currently. The second picture is how he looked when he arrived.

　　All animals adopted from ACT are spayed/neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped prior to adoption. Every pet adoption comes with a free health exam in the first two weeks, provided by Pet Medical Center, Fresno, http://petmedcenterfresno.com/
