Concept Resourcing are looking for Telephone Operators to join a prestigious government organisation.This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

Previous interviewing or call-centre experience.Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel and be able to learn new software systems quickly.The ability to follow detailed instruction to record data accurately.The ability to work independently.The confidence and professionalism to converse with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed.
