Benjen was found out ranging when he was picked up and taken to county.
When his owners were notified, they surrendered him.
Benjen then joined Home Fur Good, where he has sworn to find a family to protect and love no less than forever.
Benjen has a birthdate of April 27, 2016.
He is a 66-pound Doberman and German Shepherd mix.
His owners stated that Benjen is housebroken, likes adults and children, and that he will bark at other dogs.
Benjen is also fearful of fireworks and thunder. The adoption fee is $225 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix.
Out-of-state adoptions to surrounding states are possible; however, an in-person introduction with us and our dogs is mandatory. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment.
