　　Embossed in glass, Dazey Churn (in an arch) No. 40, Patented Feb. 14. 22. Dazey Churn & Mfg. Co. St. Louis, MO. Made in USA. The condition of this piece is very good. Glass and all parts including the lid, the gears, paddle and handle. Includes original Directions.

　　The DAZEY brand name and picture of the daisy flower appear on both sides of the gear mechanism. Engraved on the handle is 30-40H. All rivets are tight. The lid retains some original paint and has no holes or splits, top screen is missing.
