I'm looking to sell my Kwik Kamp pop up (popup) trailer. It has served me well but I'm running out of space and feel like it's time to send it to a new home.
The cover snaps on and off and the tent can be set up in less than 2 minutes easily. It's framed with aluminum and has a very durable canvas material with screened windows that have heavy duty zippers. I've slept through rain storms in it and woke up nice and dry with no leaks, I do spray a layer of waterproofing sealant on it about once a year just for peace of mind.
The Queen size bed is very comfortable and much nicer than sleeping on the ground, for scale I put a picture where I am laying in it and you can see my feet at the end and I am 6'10" tall! It's a 3" thick foam mattress.
From inside the tent you can stand up and have 7' of head clearance in the entryway and it obviously tapers off toward the back of the bed. The storage is accessible either with the tent erected or from it's road-ready setup, there is a lock that keeps your contents secure too as you can see in the photos.
On top of the cover is another place for storage that zips shut, this easily can fit lawn chairs, tables, etc. The plastic storage box on the tongue is not an insulated cooler, I've always used it to carry my "kitchen" and the rack on top of it supports a Coleman grill nicely.
I've added the antenna so it's easier to see where the back of it is when I'm backing up. The trailer tongue has been extended to allow for Jeep Wrangler doors to swing fully open which is what I use to pull it (since our Jeeps just can't tow that much weight).
It comes with two spare tires that are both unused and the current tires are in very good shape.
The trailer is rated to 750 lbs but it can be as light as needed depending on what you would be comfortable pulling with your motorcycle, car, jeep, etc.
My name is Rob and I'm located up on the North Shore area in Pittsburgh, let me know if you'd like to come see it!
