I would just like tothank you for the last 18 months in the flat. I would like to make the following points that ensured I had anenjoyable time as one of your tenants:

Flat had been fullycleaned and decorated before I arrived.

All of the pointsraised by me were rectified promptly.

Any appliance or otherflat issues during my stay were rectified immediately.

When I left my keys inthe flat I was let in by the landlord within 20 minutes.

All interaction withthe landlord was done in a professional manner and I always felt that they hadmy interests at heart.

All in all I have hadan excellent experience. I am onlymoving due to a work move or I would have remained in this flat. It's excellently situated and is quiet andhomely.

Thanks again forgiving me a good rental experience.
