Role Overview:

As the Chief Revenue Generation Officer, you will lead the charge in revenue strategy development and implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll identify new business opportunities, optimise existing membership revenue streams, and drive the organisation's overall growth and sustainability. If you're results-oriented with a proven track record in revenue leadership, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation tactics aligned with the new organisational strategy.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand market presence.

Sales Optimisation: Lead and optimise the marketing and development functions to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Member/Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer and member retention and satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.

Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing revenue generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, digital, finance, and operations to align revenue strategies with overall strategic goals.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the revenue generation budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth for example membership and commercial avenues.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and customer/member retention.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Knowledge of higher/further education trends and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
