They have been serving clients in the region for decades and they're regularly nominated across a number of Legal service categories in the annual North East Legal awards.

Their office has a modern look with a welcoming feel which showcases the strength of their brand practice. Due to organic growth, they're looking for a NQ and PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their practice.

Salary:

TBC - However their salaries are aligned with Legal 500 market conditions.

Responsibilities:

You will handle a wide range of property transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and renting commercial properties such as office buildings and rental spaces.

You will conduct thorough due diligence to investigate the legal and financial status of the property, ensuring that there are no hidden issues, liens, or disputes that could affect the transaction.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements related to property transactions.

Experience:

3 - 5 Commercial Property PQE
