We are a home improvements company with a first-class reputation, operating for more than 15 years and working with clients from all over London in a wide variety of work ranging from project design, build, maintenance and refurbish.

The company is in the process of expansion and are looking for a highly motivated Project manager to join the team as we embark on this journey.

You will be expected to work in a respectful manner towards team members, clients, procedures, money and time, adopt solution based thinking and have open communication with team members and clients in order to get the job done.

Role responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing business and engage with clients remotely and on site. You should have at least 3 years experience in the construction industry.

You will be able to understand the build, maintenance and refurbish journey and be able to quote for works (both materials and labour)

You will be composing tenders and actioning all tendering requirements from feasibility through to implementation.

You will review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased.

We will require you to develop and implement successful strategies to ensure projects are delivered within scheduled timeframes and budgets.

You will have the ability to read, understand and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans.

You will ensure that all works are completed to a high standard, conform to all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.

You will liaise with external stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors and other third parties.

You will monitor overall performance of projects, including, materials, equipment and regular contractors and other subcontractors.

You will negotiate with contractors and suppliers for best terms and prices.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as other external stakeholders.
