Our Global IT client has an exciting opportunity for an EMEA Social Marketing Assistant within our clients gaming team. This is a multi-channel marketing role needing to engage colleagues, retail partners and consumers.
You will have an overall objective to deliver on goals across all our clients campaigns. With the aim of growing the fan base and attract new audiences by engaging key influencers and content creators on leading streaming services.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Deliver best-in-class social media and communityInterface with the International and Global Social Media teams to drive communication, consistency, efficiency, and creativity.Develop & execute Integrated Marcom & Social Media plans that drive key business metricsStrengthen the brand by planning and executing thoughtful and impactful marketing that delivers great customer experience. Drive purchase intent, conversion, post-purchase advocacy and consumer lifetime valueWork effectively with social media agenciesOversee roll-out and execution of cross campaign integration and production/execution and cross-campaign integration - in partnership with global product marketing, consumer insights, media, owned channels, regional teams and external agencies and partners.Drive key consumer facing messagingLead the execution of key campaign documents, including authoring the integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs, etc.Deliver effective, engaging, innovative and optimised creative across multiple social media channels.Partner with teams across multiple markets and regions to deliver relevant, timely and localised content optimised for local audiences.Evaluate data, report results, and deliver insights back to the businessDrive innovation and a test-and-learn approach to be at the forefront of digital and social marketing.Proven experience of extensive cross-team collaboration and project management is required. You will have experience in consumer Gaming industry Social Media, Programming or Digital Marketing and an ability to develop cutting edge marketing plans, marketing strategies, and activities that drive Marketing results.
This is a PAYE contract initially until 28th June 2024, with a potential extension through to a maximum 18 months.
The rate of pay is circa 158 per day, dependant on experience with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period.
Please note this role is largely remote based but may require some occasional presence onsite at our client's Reading and/or London offices.
