A skilled and driven Events Sales Executive / Client Manager with experience in the events industry is needed to join the team at this leading event management company based in Bristol on a full–time basis.
They are looking for a driven, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join the team as part of their Events Sales Department.
This is primarily an office–based position based at their headquarters, involving mainly telephone contact with clients, team members and associates. You will be dealing with all manner of event enquiries from large corporate events to small group activity days, producing proposals and quotations to suit.

Key Responsibilities:
To promptly deal with incoming enquiries from corporate, agency and private clients – discussing their event requirementsLiaise with clients from the initial enquiry stage to completion of the sale, whilst following office and company proceduresResearch, source and prepare proposals and quotations for events, based on clients' requirementsMaintain and increase sales (to agreed targets) across all products and servicesBuild relationships with existing and potential clients, mainly via telephone but also in face–to–face meetings where appropriateTo make outgoing sales calls to generate business from potential new customersTo actively participate in suggesting and implementing new ideas and business opportunities for the companyCreate & maintain positive client relationships by making regular contact to discuss their event needsDeveloping close relationships with existing and future partners, agencies, and venuesLiaise with staff and suppliers for events ensuring good communication and relationships are maintained between all partiesWork with other event departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of event tasks and paperworkAdapt in line with the business objectives and seasonal demands of the organisationOccasional attendance at some events, both at the headquarters and elsewhere in the country at other venues Required Experience:
Experience in the events industryIdeally B2B sales experienceStrong customer service skillsYou will be naturally confident, outgoing, and highly organisedA team player who can easily adapt to change, especially during busy periodsExcellent interpersonal skills Benefits:
