A rare opportunity to join an award-winning charity as Head of Finance and Operations and be part of the Senior Management Team.

This role, which reports to the CEO and work closely with the Deputy CEO, is responsible for all activities relating to Finance, Operations, ICT and Facilities. You will also support the CEO in working with CRASAC’s Board of Trustees to ensure compliance and strong governance.

We are seeking someone who shares CRASAC’s values and ambitions, as we work to ensure people in Coventry who have been impacted by rape and sexual abuse receive the best support and have a voice.

You will be a strategic thinker and bring a collaborative approach, able to engage, inspire and influence across teams. You will work relationally, and bring emotional intelligence and sensitivity to the work, understanding the context of a mission-driven organisation. You will have a strong commitment to CRASAC’s anti-oppression values and strategy, and will embed these across the functions in Finance and Operations. You will be keen to learn from and contribute to best practice across and beyond the sector.

You will be an experienced leader with strong experience of managing finance, generating funding, and site management and excellent change management and communication skills.

You will be supported by a nurturing and inclusive, value-driven team of experienced specialists and provided with training and development opportunities in order to fully carry out the role.
