massive robust battery, comes with charger but it is in used condition and everything works as should ie indicators/front light/brake light/speedo and power but no side leds lighting up

the brakes have been adjusted/battery reconed and new instrument panel . the scooter also has full suspension and punctureproof tyres

I am 100kgs and it went 15mph on a seriously gravel road and I havent messed with settings to make faster
