HR Business Partner

We are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join a small but very busy HR Team in Preston, working 37.5 hours per week. This role offers hybrid working between home and the Preston Office, 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.

Position: 5380 HR Business Partner

Location: Preston/hybrid

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9 -5 (flexible working available)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: GBP 44,414 per annum

The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will be:

providing generalist strategic and operational HR support across the National Organisationworking closely with your designated areas to fully understand their HR needs and service requirements and the impact these might have on the organisationproviding advice and support on all employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and TUPEcontributing to and leading on HR projects and other business projects that impact on the wider organisation

About You

You will need:

Up to date knowledge of employment law & best practice HR policy and practiceExtensive experience of providing advice on complex ER mattersThe ability to build excellent relationships quickly with key members of the Leadership Team and the wider businessMinimum of Level 5 CIPD.
