At Wood House Farm we now provide space for over 30 tenants, mainly storage and workshop units.

Mostly, tenants just need the shell unit and power but we are happy to work with our tenants to achieve their goals, having installed hoists and CNC machines

Being a working farm we are able to provide real on site management with tenants dealing with us, the owners, from the first initial enquiry. We also have full control of the site and will not stand for tenants that cause a nuisance and are bad neighbors.

We are happy to accept deliveries and tenants may use the premises as their business address, we also have a small delivery/ mail drop box

The units are finished to a high specification with excellent natural light, 3 phase power, double sockets front and back and LED strip-lights.

The unit benefits from a mezzanine, with railings, with loading bay and steel stairs, giving an extra 50% more space. Access is by way of a 5m wide x 3.6m high insulated sectional overhead door or secure personnel door with 5 point lever locking system.

On site facilities include parking, communal toilets and access to a forklift that can be used with a valid certificate

Tenants are not liable for the fabric of the building unless damage is caused.

A 10 page lease in plain english means we can accommodate tenants in a working day if space is available.
