This service will include a measured survey followed by Computer generated set of planning drawings based on your requirements.

Drawings will include a full set of existing and proposed Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections

All our drawings will be drawn in accordance to the Local Authoritys requirements @ 1:100 scale.

You will get more value for money as my service includes full survey, set of drawings, submission of application, wherever required, pre-advice visit to the council plus visit to the client for approval of drawings before submission.
