At Pollard Yard, our self-contained, repurposed containers offer a flexible, affordable workspace for Manchester’s burgeoning creative community. Our offices, studios and light industrial style workspaces are perfect for artists, furniture makers and upholsterers looking for a creative space near to the centre of Manchester.

While our office and studio spaces tend to attract creative freelancers and businesses, we don’t have set criteria for our tenants, which means that a clothes designer might be working next to a web developer, copywriter or software engineer.

All contracts are available on flexible monthly rolling terms.
