A fresh opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor has arisen at a niche practice based in Shropshire. You will be joining a small team and working closely with a Director whilst servicing a local client base, with the opportunity to meet in the office on a face to face basis. The office is a new purpose built office with easy access to the M54 and on site parking. This role is to deal with a mix of wills, LPA's, trusts & estates work so prior experience of these will be essential. As the position is based in an affluent area many of the clients are high net worth and so have high value GBPmulti-million trusts & estates that they need advising on. You will be dealing with complex trusts to include tax returns, inheritance tax issues and landed estates where you will be dealing with issues on agricultural properties, leased properties, quarries and agricultural estates.Ideally you will be working towards STEP accreditation and be part or fully qualified, however this firm will provide you with support to qualify as a STEP member if required.Salary for this role will be based on PQE level however will be starting at GBP40,000 and increasing with qualification level.
