We are looking for a security operations controller to join our team and oversee the security operations of our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and communicating with security personnel, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
As a security operations controller, you will need to have a valid SIA licence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. You will also need to have a flexible schedule, as you will be working 4 on 4 off days and nights.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Monitor and operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systemsReceive and record incoming calls and emails from clients and security personnelDispatch and supervise security officers and mobile patrolsProvide guidance and support to security personnel in the fieldEscalate and report any security incidents or breaches to the relevant authorities and stakeholdersMaintain accurate and detailed records and logs of all security activities and eventsConduct regular audits and checks on security equipment and proceduresEnsure compliance with health and safety, data protection, and SIA codes of conductEssential SkillsSIA Licence2 years security experienceAbout CompanyJoin Today and Build a Better Tomorrow!
