At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Senior Production Operative based in their Glasgow site.

Responsibilities:

To support the Production Team Leader with allocation for duties within the team.

To maintain stock of adequate raw materials, consumables and equipment to ensure Production schedule can be completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Health & Safety guidance.

Assist with implementing and moitoring KPIs.

Assist in maintaining a Quality Culture within the manufacturing areas, ensuring compliance to all documented processes & procedures.

Cover for Production Team Leader when needed.
