If you reply to this please let me know a bit about yourself, likes/dislikes/interests. That sort of thing. Don't hold back ;). I am currently doing a PGCE (Computing) and am looking for an easygoing & tidy person to share with. Mature students are perfect.

I like going out to gigs (lots of great funk in Bristol), watching films, and getting out of the house (walking/festivals). I have also been known to go to pubs.

The room is a medial-sized double room.

There is also a garden but have not included pictures as it is nice but the previous tenants did not look after it well so I have some work to do.

There are all the usual amenities such as fast broadband (BT Full Fibre 500), washing machine, and gas central heating.

I was renting the whole house and when moved out I got rid of all the clutter and am loving the more minimalist vibe and am determined not to fill the house with clutter again :-).

I have put vegetarian preferred but for me, it's very tricky as I have a stomach issue which means I can not eat a lot of vegetarian staples. I very rarely cook meat so the house will not be full of the smell of cooking meat. I will of course consider non-vegetarian/presbyterians. I was a vegetarian for over 20 years.

The current person is planning on moving out at the end of the month but room can be made available earlier if needed as he is not living in the house.

Rent is £575 PCM all inclusive.
