1940 DOLLHOUSE OF PRESSED BOARD WITH RED ROOF, fur trees and vines and shutters painted on the side. 4 pillars on fron porch past the second floor. all plastic windows are there as well as the wooden front door. 2 chimney on top of roof. the house measures 28'' x 12''x for house. 19 1/2'' from base of house to peak of red roof. front porch measures 16 3/4'' wide x4'' deep. porch to decoration at top is 14'' high. house has two upper bedrooms with blue floors. pink and white tile painted floor in the bath upper floor. living room, (green floor) on main floor has stairs going to second floor.the stairs have patterns on the side as if there are posts. the center room (green floor) downstairs has front door opening into it. original door. kitchen on main floor has black and white tile pattern painted floor. has been played with ALOT. 1940 to early 1950'S. it is in fairly good condition. checks and money orders take 7-12 days to clear bank. also paypal.
