Vintage 1947 Triumph Tiger 100 Rolling Chassis Project This has been in the shop for 20+ years and it's time to pass it on before it is relegated to the scrap pile.What is in the pictures is what is there...a good straight frame that has all the tabs and brackets, an engine and a transmission with cradle, front forks, trees and wheel with brake and a complete sprung hub rear wheel with brake. The frame number or VIN is T.F. 12358Engine number is 47 T9 and Transmission TE 104898There is no title for the bike. It will be sold with a Bill of Sale or a Salvage Title.A real nice frame with tank mounts and all the tabs and brackets. I don't see any damage, no breaks, dents or heavy wear, no modifications or repairs are visible. The cylinder head has two broken fins next to the left plug. The iron piston cylinder has no broken fins. The motor turns over with compression. The primary case is empty...no clutch, primary chain or drive sprocket. Transmission will not turn over feels like the return spring on the kicker is bad. No springs in the front forks.It's a basis for a sweet project bike.The buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup or shipping. I will be happy to help where I can.
