Mostly complete original vintage chopper. Thus is a true surviver. Built some time in the 1960s. I acquired this piece of American Motorcycle history as a “mostly complete” basket case. This piece of history was originally built on a 1 Harley Davidson Milwaukee Knucklehead frame. It was chopped and modified to accept a genuine Harley Davidson Panhead engine. I have tried to reassemble it as best I can using only genuine vintage components. The engine is a 1952 Panhead. The transmission is a suicide shift 4 speed with a 1956 Chevy corvette shift knob.I got the frame in bare metal so I had to paint it. I finished it in silver metal flake. The front fork is an extremely rare teardrop forged steel chrome finished “Girder” fork. The front wheel is a reproduction because I did not have the original upon purchase. This motorcycle is only in “mock up” stage. I have most of the parts but I am missing the small things like fender brackets, hardware, cables, springs, wiring, etc. This is not a project for a novice. Please do not make an offer if you are not capable of building a motorcycle on your own. This motorcycle is a piece of Harley Davidson, and American motorcycle history.
