Description

  Fully restored from the ground up using only OEM parts. The only exceptions being the period correct Continental tires and stainless Buchanan spokes. All new OEM rubber parts. Restoration began with having the frame sandblasted, coated with 2 coats of epoxy primer, and 2 coats of paint.The mufflers were nearly new and only had small dings and scratches. Baffles are perfect. Also re-chromed were the fenders, fender stays and bolts, handlebars, gas cap, license plate bracket, clutch perch adjuster and lock, oil delivery pipe, and chain guard. Tins professionally painted and decals professionally applied. No scratches, dents, or chips.Transmission and Engine fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and reassembled using all new rings, gaskets, o-rings and seals. 3 angle valve job with new seals.New timing chain and timing chain guides.New clutch plates, cable, clutch puller, and push rod.New kickstarter, kickstarter boss and rubber.New chain and sprockets, chain pullers, bronze swingarm bushings, swingarm seals.New throttle cables, tachometer cable, speedometer cable.Engine side cases and valve adjuster covers were professionally polished and clear coated.Carburetors were soda blasted and rebuilt. New air cleaners, air boxes and rubbers, and baffles were installed.New breather pipes.New Fork tubes, springs, seals, and dust seals.New steering bearings and race cover.New rear shocks, springs and covers.New rear inner fender. New front and rear footrests and rubbers. Rims and hubs were professionally polished and clear coated.All new bearings, seals, and axles used.New brake shoes on rear. New rear brake pedal, rear brake rod, and rear brake warning wire. Rebuilt Master Cylinder. New Caliper. New Pads, rotor and rotor bracket. New rubber and steel brake lines. New Gauge bracket and gauge dampers. New Tachometer and speedometer. New handlebar switches and levers. New correct grips.NOS OEM seat. NOS OEM turn-signals, turn-signal flasher, and taillight lensBulbs in gauges replaced with OEM bulbs. New Ignition Switch with 3 keys.New voltage regulator, relay assembly, fuse holder, light checker, rectifier, diode, and wiring harness.New starter solenoid, points, condenser, battery cables, Battery tie-down and battery boot.New battery box brackets and dampers.New horn. All the Cad plating was done by me using only OEM hardware. No hardware store bolts.
