I have for sale my 1995 Fleetwood Avion 36-5m fifth wheel travel trailer. It is 35 feet long with 2 slide outs, 1 for a queen walk around bed and the other is a super slide for the sofa and dining table. It has new hardwood floor. It has a nice corner shower and tub. The ac and heat are both ducted. It also has a 15000 BTU roof mount extra air unit. It has the larger 10 gallon hot water heater that will work on gas or electric and the built in fridge that runs on both. The sofa and chair in living is real leather. There are awnings over both slideouts and over windows. There is also a 22 foot awning on the front. Rubber roof is in great shape. It has solid oak cabinets and trim in the whole camper and has washer and dryer. It has a 48 gallon fresh water tank, a 48 gallon black water, and 2- 40 gallon grey water tanks.
