1997 Rialta Class B RV.    (correct VIN# WV3AH8704VH055994)Good running RV with recent tune up:July 23: New plugs, wires and water pump.  Serpentine belt and tensioner replaced at the same time.Note:  Vehicle has a NYS "Salvage Title" due to tree strike that dented the driver's side.  (see photo).  No mechanical or frame damage.We purchased this RV approximately 7 years ago with the salvage title and have any no issues re-registering on a bi-annual basis.  During this time, we never used the bathroom, stove, heater or sink or generator.  These were working at the time we purchased but we preferred to camp at sites that had amenities and never felt the need to use the self-contained features.  The refrigerator is missing (we bought it this way) and used an ice chest instead).  We also removed the passenger seats and installed an additional bed.  We retained the original seats, and they will go with the sale.  (see photos) The roof air is not functioning at this point (unknown reason).  In addition, the outside awning needs replacement.  (we never used it).  I recently re-sealed the area around the roof vent as some water infiltration occurred and stained the ceiling.  The buy it now price reflects the age of the RV and takes into account the salvage title which affects the value.  This is one of the lowest priced running Rialta's in the country!  We are located in upstate NY and recently drove the RV to WV earlier this spring.  It has served us well and we have been all over the east coast and down south.  Prior to the tune up we averaged 16 miles a gallon and would expect to get more with the new plugs and wires installed.  The RV is usable the way it is or you can put some time and energy into bringing it up to a higher level.  Rialta's are highly sought after, and it is not uncommon for this year and model to bring $25,000 fixed up.  The vehicle is cross posted and we retain the right to terminate the listing if it sells locally.
