It's a 1999 Ultra Groundpounder frame with the entire drivetrain from a Harley FXSTC softail. It's 90% a Harley Softail but since the frame is an Ultra it's titled as an Ultra. It has a clear Florida title, not salvage or rebuilt.It's a stage 4 bike.The engine has been completely rebuilt. It has Edelbrock Performer heads with new internals and upgraded cam, pushrods, manifold, and pistons. About 4,000 miles on the new motor. The power response is huge over the stock Evo.
