　　Big, completely confined porch runs the length of the trailer.

　　Totally furnished with bed, cabinet, TV w/stand, two futons.

　　Bunk room consisted of, sleeps 3.

　　Male made fish pool on site.

　　Trailer has seen much better days, but is totally functional and holding it's own.

　　Periodic website ... annual fees are $3,500 to keep the trailer there.

　　Pine Acres has lots of weekend tasks for grownups & & kids. Great location to camp.
