Paid $1200 for these brand new about 2 years ago. They are in good condition, no tears, no fading, no cracks, no dry spots on leather. We have been putting leather conditioner on them to keep the leather maintained. The cushions do not sag. Smoke and animal free environment. There is a few scratches here and there from normal wear and tear. There is a few scratches from where we moved 6 months ago. The only reason we are selling is we bought new furniture a few days ago and just dont have anywhere to store them. I will be taking them to storage today so I am in no real hurry to sell.
