Adoption fee on this dog is $300.

　　Arlo is a male German Shepherd who is about 1 - 2 years old. He is tall, black and tan, and he is on the thin side but will fill out nicely in time.

　　He came to us from a local area shelter, so little is knon of his background.

　　Arlo is an exceptionally loving boy, who enjoys attention from his people. He doesn't seem to have any formal obedience training although he's treat motivated thus making training easy.

　　He is getting used to being indoors and corrects easily to stay off people and furniture, but is otherwise respectful of the house as he will lay at his person feet or nearby.

　　Currently, he sleeps in a crate and seems to be housebroken.

　　This boy is a gem, very easy going, plays well with other dogs his size, an awesome companion. The leash is new to Arlo and he will pull but once in stride will heel nicely.

　　Arlo is not sure about getting into a vehicle although once inside he settles in nicely.

　　We operate within a reasonable driving distance from the Greater Sacramento area, the

　　Central Valley down to Merced, and Lake Tahoe. A reasonable driving distance is determined by where one of our volunteers is willing to drive within our areas of service. That means we don't adopt out of our area, to Southern California, or Out of State.
